Subscribtion form Knollenkamp 2008

We would like to come to the Knollenkamp 2008 Tournament.

We will transfer the team fee of €325,- a.s.a.p. and before March 31st 2008 to account number 12.96.93.367 with annotation of ‘HHC Haackey’, team name and ‘Knollenkamp 2008’. The fee for additional team members will be paid at arrival at the tournament.
 
We unfortunately can’t come to Knollenkamp 2008, but we would like to receive an invitation for the Knollenkamp 2009 Tournament.
